Current resident for almost 2 years. I’ve lived in multiple apartments and none have been as responsive and helpful as maintenance and staff have been here. Not sure on all layouts, but our 2 bed, 2 bath also is pretty spacious and lots of storage.

We have been living here for 3 years and we couldn’t be happier. The location is great right in the middle of silverdale and downtown Bremerton. They are clean, bigger than most for the price. It took us awhile to find a place that felt safe for two females living alone in this crazy world. There is a pool in the summer. You have the 19th hole/chico pizza you can walk to and have a nice dinner and drinks and not have to risk driving, along with hanks a local small gas station/grocery store in walking distance and a beautiful view of the golf course next door.

Great place to live, all staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew responds very quickly and do a great job if you need repairs. The apartment I have is spacious and private. My son loves the little playground and there’s lots of other kids to have fun with. 10/10 🙂
